Returns/Exchange are allowed only in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. In this scenario, we can offer you a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 2 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing at Sillyxplorer@gmail.com and attach clear photos from different angles of the product with detail explanation about Return/Exchange request and all necessary order details. Additionally, you can share a video (if possible) showing the issue which will make it easier for us to inspect the issue at our end.
- SillyExplorer manufactures a product only when the order is received from a customer (Print on Demand), hence all our products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changes their mind. Hence, double-check the size and color of the product before placing an order on our website. You can always consult with us before placing an order if you have any doubts over the size or color. This is in line with our supplier policy.
- Any product purchased through discounts, promotional sales, through 'Cash on Delivery' are not eligible for returns or exchange (this includes orders benefited from 'Free Shipping' or '5% Off' or '10% Off' discounts)
- In case of 'Approved Returns', only 'basic product price' will be eligible for refund while any secondary costs incurred (printing, packaging, shipping, fulfilling, return, etc.) WON'T be considered for potential refund requests
- Product can be considered under 'Approved Returns' only if customer has provided all necessary details with SillyExplorer (including reason of return, sufficient evidence in terms of pics and videos of the product and necessary details for shipping carrier) and SillyExplorer has accepted the request post proper due diligence

To initiate an Exchange (only in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error), request has to be made within 2 days of receiving the package through email at Sillyxplorer@gmail.com . Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to our respective fulfilment facility address depending on your country / location which will be shared once item to be exchanged is accepted by us

Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

In case of exchange requests, both side shipping charges will be paid by customer (customer sending exchange item to SillyExplorer address and SillyExplorer sending revised item to customer address), this might cost anywhere between ~USD 30 - USD 60 depending on locations of both parties

Process: Once customer sends us items to be exchanged, post receiving the item we will examine its condition. If your exchange request is accepted based on satisfied item condition, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange question at Sillyxplorer@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged (promotional / sale items, items delivered with free shipping, customised products and gift cards.)
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
