Condition: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In case of exchange requests, both side shipping charges will be paid by customer (customer sending exchange item to SillyExplorer address and SillyExplorer sending revised item with correct size quoted by customer to customer address), this might cost roughly around Rs. 200 - Rs. 350
- Process: Once customer sends us items to be exchanged, post receiving the item we will examine its condition. If your exchange request is accepted based on satisfied item condition, we’ll send you an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange question at Sillyxplorer@gmail.com.
- Please note: Exchange is subject to availability of stock and are possible only for items of same or higher value. Any price difference must be paid upfront.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
